The bar easily adjusts from 3 feet to 5 feet, and the 2-inch thick workout mat's hook-and-loop connections allow it to attach end-to-end with other exercise mats. The foam mat's easy-to-clean non-porous vinyl surface resists punctures and meets all CPSIA standards as of 2024. The bar requires less than 10 bolts (included) and a wrench for quick assembly.
